You support new users from account activation: resolving questions by chat, email and phone, and documenting every case. A warm manner and clear writing are valued; the technical training is on us.
Financial Data Analyst
You analyse the historical behaviour of the platform’s strategies, prepare reports for the product team and propose adjustments to risk parameters. Solid SQL and Excel skills are essential; Python is a plus.
Evening Operations Executive
You monitor platform operations through the UK evening, when the Asian markets are at their most active. Ideal for organised people who work well autonomously and produce clear reports.
Compliance Specialist
You review identity-verification files, apply anti-money-laundering procedures and maintain the records required under applicable UK requirements. Previous experience in financial compliance is desirable.
Back-End PHP Developer
